Pie Crust
Ingredients
5 cups flour
2 1/2 cups shortening
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 teaspoons vinegar
Directions
Mix dry ingredients and shortening together.
In a measuring cup, beat the egg, then add 2 teaspoons vinegar.
To the egg mixture, add enough water to make 1 full cup. Stir well.
Pour into the flour mixture and mix. Divide into 6 balls. Freeze
unused dough.
